I have plan with 20GB storate, I uploaded to cloud 2 photo albums about 1 GB each. Used storage shows 0 GB. Is it normal and will synchronize after some time?

cc loads are slow.  that said, they shouldn't be so slow that it would take more than 4 hours (the difference in time between your message and mine).

 

so, if they still not synced, open your cc app and click the web cc link:
