Adobe Sync continuously stuck at "Syncing..."

Hi,

For the past few days I have been unable to sync Adobe XD from one of my machines.

It's a MacBook Air with latest macOS installed and I believe all the apps are up-to-date. On my other iMac everything syncs just fine.

Here is where I am stuck:

Sometimes I am lucky enough to make it to the screen that says "Syncing..." but that's about as far as I can go.

Can you guys help me figure out what is wrong?

I also have this issue, I have tried both uninstalling and repairing and neither works.
