#aigpusniffer crashed and destroyed my Mac. It's a known issue according to a manager at #adobecreativesuite on Macs but I can't get my suite paused or credited. They told me to call back when I get a computer but it's taken 2 months for a new computer (pandemic) and now they just hang up on my calls after I wait forever on hold. Help! How do you reach customer service? I'm trying social media now.

Tara, I am sorry you are encountering so many problems contacting our support team. If you are not seeing the chat Window, as described by John, then please use a different browser, smartphone, or tablet to begin the chat session. The new computer likely also came with new security software, that if misconfigured can block you from establishing a successful chat session.
