#aigpusniffer crashed and destroyed my Mac. It's a known issue according to a manager at #adobecreativesuite on Macs but I can't get my suite paused or credited. They told me to call back when I get a computer but it's taken 2 months for a new computer (pandemic) and now they just hang up on my calls after I wait forever on hold. Help! How do you reach customer service? I'm trying social media now.

If you are not seeing the chat Window, as described by John, then please use a different browser, smartphone, or tablet to begin the chat session. The new computer likely also came with new security software, that if misconfigured can block you from establishing a successful chat session.
