A week or two ago my CC student subcription ended. I realized this happened when I tried to log into photoshop and it told me I was using the free version and that I needed to start a free trial or purchase a subcription to use it further. After promptly renewing my subcription, I logged back into photoshop and tried to open a file... only to realize it, along every other CC file I have ever created, was gone from my computer. Not only that, but my files are gone fro my online adobe library as well. I am confused because if I save my files natally they shouldn't just go missing from my conputer, right? Has this happened to anyone else? Are all my files lost forever??

no files are removed from your computer (or even adobe's cloud server) even when your subscription ends and you don't renew
otoh, if you renewed using a different adobe id, you won't have access to your adobe cloud files unless the old id shares with the new one..
