All files not synching in Cloud account

File sync works and collaborators are able to see files that do sync.  Not all files in Cloud will sync, however.  After hours of trying, I receive an error message that all files did not sync.  Reviewing the Cloud folder using my lap top file browser shows an error icon on the files not syncing.  All content within folders is accessible and useable by Adobe programs.  I used chat with Adobe and they did not have a clue.
