Hi, Having problem syncing files to web folder, it says some files failed to sync. don't know which one.

Hi Megha,
I am facing the same problem, it worked only on that day, when I chatted with you.
Again it says some files failed to sync. All these days, I waited presuming this will be fine after a while.
Pls. let me know the permanent solution for this.

Please send us your log files to enable us to better understand your issue.

Please zip up this entire folder and send it to us:
<Mac Hard Drive>/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync
Note: The Users Library user folder is hidden on starting with 10.7 or later. This document explains how to show that folder:

Windows:
Please zip up this entire folder and send it to us:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\CoreSync
