Camera Raw Updates - Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Lightroom Classic

Conflicting update Versions

Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.3.0 20210302.r.49 660cd2e x64

Camera Raw Version 13.1.0.658

Creative Cloud Version 5.4.1.534

Lightroom Class 10.2 Release, Camera Raw 13.2 is current.

Creative Cloud indicates Photoshop v 22.3 is up to date.  Camera Ra v 13.2 update is available.

But yet, the Camera Raw in Photoshop is not up to date.

I have done the "Update All" and no change.

So my question is, how can I update /install the Camera Raw 13.2 to Photoshop 22.3, and keep it current in the future?  

Any help would be greatlty appreciated.  Thanks You.
