Can someone please help me

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Reader and Adobe Experience Manager - Forms. When I am working in AEM the program just shuts down without warning and I loose the document I was working on. Has anyone come accross this? Is it a known error? is it to do with a program conflict?
