Can't sync files because the owner has exceeded their storage quota?

Hi,

One of my users can no longer sync any files to Creative Cloud.  They are receiving the following error:  Unable to sync because the owner has exceeded their storage quota.  As you can see in the picture below, there should be over 25GB of storage available, and the archive is completely empty.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
