Curious problem in InDesign (ID2018 Version 13.1 on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4).
--I wonder if anyone else has seen this?
I can't add paragraph/character styles from CC Libraries to documents unless I choose them one-by-one.
(I'm trying to overwrite a previous version of the same styles, which to date I have done without issue nearly every day for months.)
Description of behavior:
1. Select list of Character (or Paragraph) styles and right-click to use option to add to the current document. "Add" option not available.
2. Select single Character (or Paragraph) style and right click to use option to add to the current document. "Add" option is available!
(See screenshots below for side-by-side comparison.)
Troubleshooting Options Tried So Far:
- Restarted InDesign
- Relaunched CC desktop app
- Restarted computer
Screenshots side-by-side:
Thanks, Dave--I tested that, and it works.
I submitted a bug report here and will cross-link at that location too:
Cannot add CC Library P/C styles to documents more than one at a time – Adobe InDesign Feedback
Best.

Hi John,
I see the same behavior in ID2018 too, I tested in ID2017 and did still see the option there, so installing that version might be a workaround. I don't know why it changed. I'd recommend posting about it here to let the ID developers know Adobe InDesign Feedback. Hopefully they can provide insight why it changed or when it will be fixed.
Best,
- Dave
