Cannot sync due to server error

Hi,

For weeks now I cannot sync even 1 little file 'due to server error'. Before you respond with all the same answers I've read elsewhere on the forums, here is what I've done:

When attempting to such via the desktop I receive the 'cannot sync due to server error' message.

Adobe CC reports I have used 0.05% of 2GB.

Adobe CC also reports I have reached my storage limit of 2GB, when uploading via the web.

I have checked the deleted documents folder and emptied it.

I do not have any files in Creative Cloud.

I am not uploading a big file (less than 1mb).

I have tried uploading via the desktop and via web.

I have turned off and restarted CC.

I do not have any files in Lightroom, or anywhere else in Creative Cloud.

I have attempted all the solutions on the standard help page for this issue here:

Error: "Unable to sync files" to the Adobe Creative Cloud - none of these apply. I use the latest version of OSX and do not use unusual characters, nor long file names, and the file is not open elsewhere.

This problem has persisted for weeks.

Any meaningful help much appreciated!
