Well, Adobe Support keeps e-mailing me and the chat keeps referring me here, so I'll repeat the information I keep repeating to support:

Also, you are calling the wrong phone number. The phone numbers I have entered in my account are correct, but the numbers you have are wrong. Support may wish to read the URL's provided above.
I will state again, in writing: Adobe, you have my permission to delete any and all files in my Creative Cloud Files area. I have backups of all files, and deleting the files on your server will not create a loss or damage my workflor or create a negative impact on my work process in any way.
However, spending 2+ hours on the telephone and 90+ minutes in chat does create a negative impact on my workflow.
Please delete the files that you need to delete to correct the problem.
