CC Librairies won't load

My CC librairies don't show up even though I'm signed in to CC (the library panel says I'm not signed in!)

Is this a bug or simply a function of my notoriously slow internet?

CC apps are all up to date. Newish iMac running Catalina (also up to date).

Any ideas?
