CC loading sign in screen then telling me I've been signed out infinitely

Since yesterday CC has been loading for about a minute then telling me I've been signed out and to sign back in, and it just does this over and over again.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using the cleaner, and I've tried everything that the adobe forum posts on this problem say.

The only other thing I can think is resetting my pc but I'd really rather not do that.

Hi. I've tried everything on this list to no avail. I'm still recieving the error listed previously.
