I cannot open CC. A message says 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140 1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem'.
Do I have to uninstall all CC programs and reinstall them even though it only may solve the problem?
Will Adobe permit me to reinstal through my account?
understood.

Thanks for replying but I don't know. I only use software programmes and have no idea how to carry out repairs. After using Photoshop for many years I took out a subscription to Adobe CC 6 years ago and have updated it when required. I have had no problems until this, which occurred after the last update.
