I cannot open CC. A message says 'The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140 1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may solve this problem'.
Do I have to uninstall all CC programs and reinstall them even though it only may solve the problem?
Will Adobe permit me to reinstal through my account?

Thamks. I have downloaded and installed Visual Studio but it has made no difference I am still getting the same message. I have tried to reinstall CC but again I get the same message. HELP!
which c++ versions are installed?
did you repair each repairable one?
Thanks for replying but I don't know. I only use software programmes and have no idea how to carry out repairs. After using Photoshop for many years I took out a subscription to Adobe CC 6 years ago and have updated it when required. I have had no problems until this, which occurred after the last update.
