Changing Creative Cloud account email - old photos no longer sync

I recently changed jobs.

My Adobe CC was linked to my old work email.

They took that down to give it to my replacement.

I then created a new CC account with my personal email.

All the phones that I had on lightroom mobile are now gone (I had 100s that I edited on my phone)

What's the best way for me to get them back? Is there a way for me to get them back?

I had the idea of going to my old work place, switching the account to my personal email, and having them set up a brand new one for my replacement, would that do it?

Thanks,

J

Hi Jonathan,

Do you know if your assets were with the public cloud or in a private cloud?

If they were in the public cloud and the assets were your property then you should be able to switch emails linked to your old Adobe ID, you will need to log on with your old email and password and then manage your account:

1) Log in with old account and password:

2) Click on your name next to your avatar in the top left hand corner

3) Click the Manage Account button

4) Login in again with the old account and password

5) Click on the gear wheel (account) tab

6) Underneath the Adobe ID section change the Adobe ID email

Warmest wishes,

Ashley
