Hi, I spend about an hour talking to the 'help desk' via message but got nowhere. I have 2.5 Gb of my cloud showing as used. I have deleted my libraries, files, shares etc and deleted from the trash too. I have carried this out on all of my devices as for some reason deleting from CC does not delete the data from the other devices hence individual removal. Re installed CC and restarted but still shows as used storage on every device. Going into the files/shares/assets etc it says no files available, so empty. Deleted files says the same. Any ideas how I can remove these files that I can't even see and seem to only exist on the Adobe server which I cannot access. The storage used is not the issue as I store all my files locally on my server but my concern is, I have my copyrighted files of which I have no idea what they are, without knowing how or who has access. I need to know my data when deleted is actually deleted and gone. Appreciate any help as sadly the 'helpdesk' messaging team had no idea what to say other than let me access your system remotely! To add insult to injury when they couldn't resolve it they transfered me to their specialist team who asked why I wanted to close my account and leave. Specialist was retentions and when they transferrred me to the relevant specialistmy message screen sat blank for 90 minutes before I gave up and closed the dialogue box. Thanks in advance for any help and also listening to my moaning 🙂
