The first steps I take when turning on my Mac are to open Activity Monitor and Force Quit Adobe Sync and Adobe Sync Helper because they are insane resource hogs. I cannot even stream YouTube or Twitch smoothly until I've quit these applications.
This is on a 2020 iMac Core i7, 32GB RAM.
Adobe, please fix your stuff. There's no troubleshooting left to be had for me on this to my knowledge. I've completely nuked Adobe from my system and reinstalled, and done a clean install of Mac OS Big Sur, only installing Adobe CC and Google Chrome and the problem persists.
