Creative Cloud App Freezes on Big Sir M1 Mini

I've just upgraded to an M1 Mac Mini, and in attempting to download the Photoshop beta to work with it, when I open Creative Cloud app , after even a single click of anything, anywhere in the interface, the app freezes and I can't access the beta tab to see PS.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I can't uninstall because I have software installed, and reparing it via that option doesn't help either. So, I'm unable to get a functioning version of PS until this problem is resolved.

Would love some help on this and if anyone else is experiencing this issue.

you understand:  Public Beta is for users who would like to test builds and share feedback with the Adobe product teams. Beta participants want to engage with the development process, are willing to run separate builds of their applications, and understand they may encounter unforeseen issues due to unique system configurations.

ie, don't run beta software if you're not prepared to deal with problems.

Thanks for the info. My problem is that the Creative Cloud desktop app freezes after the first click of anything in the interface. I've only been able to click to the beta screen once.

I also just tried to access the Beta apps on a separate non-M1 computer, and Photoshop beta doesn't even show up there. Maybe that's dependant on it detecting the OS, but I have no idea.

So, at the moment, I have no way of getting to the PS Beta to even download it. There's something wrong with CC desktop app on Big Sur / M1.

Thank you. Cmd-Option-R doesn't do anything. I can close the app window, and scroll in the main window, but can't click anything within.

I only have PS, LR classic and LR CC installed. I don't need PS all that urgently (I've got multiple computers, and it's working on others). This is my main machine though, and I'm reluctant to uninstall all Adobe applications for fear of losing presets and such in LR, particulary ones from VSCO that had a registration feature they no longer support. Fortunately I recall that I've done two computer migrations and everything remained intact, but those were with Time Machine backups imported to new machines, not full fresh installs.
