Creative Cloud app never completes loading (repeatedly restarts)

I have seen this for about 3 days -

I have restarted CClouod, restarted iMac, logged out and in, changed passwords, reboted and reset everything - may times - but with no change.

 

Before a quick reset/restart worked in the past, but now no link or sync or connection to librtaries and files at all..?!
