Creative cloud app

The creative cloud app is missing off my computer I do not know how to get it back, its not in the app store of windows. Any ideas?

Just to clarify, you need a Creative Cloud plan from Adobe.  And you must download the CC desktop app from Adobe, not the various app stores.
