I am unable to see files on my Creative Cloud on my Desktop. On my laptop it works fine.

On my desktop Mac I click the CC icon at the top

- then Assets - It doesn't show my folders and files. I see the Start Syncing button.

- under preferences it shows my File Syncing is OFF

- I turn it on and try Start Syncing again ... I get the spinning icon and  then it just returns to the start syncing button

- I did a search on my desktop for the folder Creative Cloud Files and it was not found.

Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't solve mine. Get the message that path can't be found. I can see files online but not on my desktop Adobe Cloud launcher.
