When I open Creative Cloud Desktop (Windows 10), I am prompted to sign in again. [The screen displays "You've been signed out" "Please Sign in to access applications"] When I click to sign in, it breifly shows the sign in page then continues to load. It will repeatedly do this until my laptop closes the program, or the computer falls alseep. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program multiple times, as well as had an expert control the computer. This problem kept arrising. This is unacceptable for Adobe, especially considering I use almost all aplications daily.

I'm having the same issue. I followed all steps on the link you provided, and a few more I found on Adobe forums and elsewhere on the internet. I even reinstalled Windows 10 because I thought that NordVPN (that I'm also using) had some drivers left that have caused this. After reinstalling Windows without installing NordVPN again, the problem was still there which means that the problem isn't on our side, but on Adobe's.

What I also noticed is that these issues started after CC's update from around 2 weeks ago. When can we (and can we at all) expect a fix to this problem?! It is impossible to use any Adobe app right now.

most of us (including me) are not seeing that issue.  so, it's more likely on your side though it may be something that adobe could "fix" to be compatible with your particular setup.

in particular, your cached adobe credentials are stored in your adobe oobe folder and if something on your computer is preventing saving those credentials you will see repeated sign in prompts.

so, most likely, something on your computer is causing the problem removing/changing/preventing your stored credentials (eg, av, antimalware, cleaner, defragger), or you have a permissions issue storing your sign in credentials. to check/confirm look for file changes in your oobe folder (esp, the opm.db file) where your credentials should be stored and not changed unless you explicitly change your adobe id and/or password.

A) Mac OS: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

B) Windows: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
NOTE: AppData (and its subfolders) is hidden with Windows default settings. To unhide see below*
