In this time of COVID our 3 designers are working from home. The VPN is too slow so they've connected their new project files by using Creative Cloud Files with all project folders residing within a shared folder. Once a project is complete and gone to print all files are sent to our VPN server and files are then deleted off the Creative Cloud Folder. One designer is continuously getting "file syncing errors" for 3 project folders that no longer reside on the Creative Cloud Folder or their desktop. The CCF folder trash has been permanently deleted and the desktop trash has been emptied. Until this issue is resolved not all files are correctly syncing up for all 3 designers to use. Any suggestions?
