Creative Cloud Files STUCK SYNCING

Hi All,

 

I recently had to restore all my CC files to my external hard drive I have been using for the past few years with no problems. All 300GB synced and are showing in the folders. However, for nearly 3 days there syncing circle has been spinning with the message Synced Files: 35 of 35.

 

It seems to be the same 4 folders that keep re-syncing as these are the only ones where the dates keep updating. All other folders have the date from a few days ago.

 

I have tried all I know! From re-naming/removing those folders to changing the core sync folder name (that worked in the past for me once). Plus deleting some files from that folder as per a forum post.

 

ANY help or advice would be massively appreciated! Have tried 3 different people from the online chat with no luck.

 

Machine Info: Brand New MacBook Pro running the latest software.
