The files inside my creative cloud folder start syncing then the app stops syncing, displaying the message, 'some files did not sync'. I have tried to enable and disable syncing, but it hasn't helped. Could anyone help?

It works fine now, didn't have to do anything or change anything. Not sure why it works. Hopefully someone can help you out.

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately, none of the information on that page is of any use and the problem still persists, is there anything else that can be done?

Hi. I've been having the same problem. About to quit using the cloud, since I cannot count on it anymore.

Have you figured out a solution?
