My Cretive Cloud stopped syncing my files. I just bought a new computer and everything is up to date.
I've already tried reinstall Creative Cloud, change my folder location, create from scratch all my configurations. Nothing seens to work!
It freezes syncing when its 4% of my full storage. I already left my computer on for 24 hours, but nothing happened differently.
Please, someone knows what's happening?

if your sync folder (indicated after clicking the gear icon in your screenshot) has plenty of empty space and read/write permissions, that message probably indicates a corrupt file.
i don't know any easy way to pinpoint the problematic file, but make sure space and permissions are ok first.
