Hi , I feel something is wrong with the calculations as I don't think I have reached my quota of 2 GB but  Creative cloud is showing I have used 3.46GB  of 2GB

I deleted all files under archived , is there anything else I should do?

Would appreciate any help on that!

@piixy - There was a metadata problem with a few files you previously uploaded and so they were not showing under Files or the Archive. We have restored the files to a folder named "Recovered 2015-12-07 23-55-19 UTC". You can Archive and then Permanently Delete the files you do not need.

Many thanks Ken , all is back to normal now , I would really appreciate if you tell me what caused the metadata problem in the first place.

The cause of the problem has been fixed but the result was that your files were stored but the metadata was incorrect and so the web application and the file syncing application could not show your files.
