Creative Cloud Issues

Hi there

I'm having continuous issues with Creative Cloud in that it doesn't load properly each time I log into my Mac. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but I still have issues with it loading. Once it actually does load, I am unable to do any app installations or updates. Nothing happens when I click on install. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
