I tried uninstalling adobe media encoder now the Creative Cloud App keeps popping up and asking me if I want to keep my prefernces and no matter what I do it keeps popping back up. I uninstalled EVERY Adobe app and then uninstalled the creative cloud manager and then reinstalled it and now it's happening again. I had this problem before but I don't know what fixed it. I also can't close the app.
