I need some help. My creative cloud will not sync with my other team member which is affecting our work flow. I have tried several times to talk to someone to resolve it. I am paying $138 a month for a service and it is not working properly. When I talk to someone their answer is that it has been "escalated." I am trying to reach someone how can help resolve the issue and a billing department.

I also have Creative Cloud on my corporate computer and am trying to use Fuse in concert with Photoshop. In Photoshop I see the icon that represents Creative Cloud Library,when I click it give the option of 'Enable' or 'No Thanks.' If I click Enable, nothing happens. I've searched an not found an answer that works including this article.
