Creative Cloud on desktop not syncing to web

I am very confused about Creative Cloud. The app on my desktop computer (iMac 27") correctly lists all the apps I have installed on the computer, BUT does not list all the files in the "Your Work" section (such as lab files downloaded from Max sessions. If I look at Creative Cloud on the web, it shows all my files in "Your Work" but it only sees Acrobat Pro as installed on my machine but NONE of the other apps like Photoshop, Lightroom, etc. Why aren't these syncing?

Thanks! I redownloaded the CC Desktop app and that got most of the issue resolved. At least all apps are now up-to-date. But lab files downloaded from Max as well as certain photos only appear in the "Your Files" section of the web based CC app.
