Creative cloud problem

Hi guys, My computer was stollen with all my picture. I was working on Lightroom from January. When I log in on new computer there was nothing in my Creative Cloud. Pleas help me , how I can get back my pictures?

I really appreciate any help. Those pictures was very important to me

Did you sync your pictures with your allowed Cloud storage?

-Special Photography Plan includes 2Gig of Cloud storage

-Full plan for individuals includes 20Gig of Cloud storage

I don't know did I sync ... Sometimes Lightroom ask me about backup and I did it . Is this the same as sync ?
