Creative Cloud stops syncing on Mac

I'm supporting a user in our environment, who uses CC on both a Win7 system and an iMac running Sierra. Both will sync when initially opened, but after some time, the iMac stops syncing (checking the menu shows syncing has paused) on its own. I'm not sure where to look.

Thank you, I'll check with the user - maybe it is as simple as logging in to each one at a time.

Can be different causes, but it is best to review them all

  • Maybe this is the same account and is being used at the same time in Win & Mac, this can be a problem.
  • Check the internet connection.
  • Check that we have available space in the account.
  • Check that we are not uploading any extremely heavy files, this cancels all types of synchronizations.
  • Change the password of the account, there may be a user trying to use it and this also blocks everything.
  • One solution to common problems is to uninstall the creative cloud application on both computers and reinstall again.

Maybe this can serve.

Hi Jason,

Were you ever able to get this fixed?

Thanks,
