I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud for about 4 months. Since yesterday, when I open Creative Cloud Desktop, I get a white screen (see image below). Other Adobe programs that I have work fine (Photoshop, Reader, Acrobat).
Been trying for 3 hours to get it to work again. Tried the recommended solutions on the other forum posts, I've removed and reinstalled it... nothing works.
I tried:
- changing intenet settings from https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/cc-desktop-app-displays-white-screen/td-p/10909649?p...
- adobe cleaner tool and then reinstall from https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/cc-desktop-app-displays-white-screen/td-p/10909649?p...
- changed opm.db to opm_old.db
