creative cloud will not sync

On Preferences I select Sync on.

I go to Assets - Files - and "Start Syncing"

I get the twirly bit that implies something is happening.

And nothing happens. I go back to Preferences and it says the Sync is off.

If I'm in Market tab and select something to download it will say

"Before we download your asset

File sync is currently off. You must turn file sync on to download your asset to this computer."

I choose the Turn File Sync On

and nada.

Hi John,

Thanks for the links (the second one is an error page) unfortunately they did not apply.  I was following along with the Muse CC Adobe tutorial and the files in the Adobe Market were not syncing. None of the suggested solutions worked, so I ended up uninstalling Creative Cloud App and then reinstalling and that seemed to fix the problem.
