I am attempting to clean up my cloud storage because I have reached my limit, but it will not allow me to delete anything without getting the error "failed to delete mobile creation". I get this error regardless of what file I am attempting to delete. I do not know what it is referring to or how to resolve it to clear space on my cloud drive. Please help!
@nicoleb16277652 - You have a large number of items in the Archive athttps://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive: 2355 files and 1 folder. I am currently getting a full metadata listing of what you have stored but did notice Lightroom catalog files. You should not use the CC Assets site for backing up Lightroom catalogs.
We can Permanently Delete all of the items in your Archive if that is what you wish. Let us know what you would like done. If need

Can I store my Lightroom catalog in the 20 GB of storage space I get with my Creative Cloud membership?
No, you cannot store Lightroom catalogs in the Creative Cloud, nor can you save a Lightroom catalog on a networked drive. You must store Lightroom catalogs on your computer or on a locally connected hard drive.
