In edit mode for the Adobe Portfilio (photography) I have choosen "no password protection for entire site" and saved the change under settings. None the less, the password protection page pops up and ask for a password!! I have choosen no password for the entire site in addition to each page. Still, when I reload the site, the password protection page appears. How do I deleat the password protection page - given I have already selected "no password for entire site" from the settings??

Whats the point of having a published site if no one can get pass the "enter the password" page??

Appreciate a quick response.

Hi @Theresa5CB3,

Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with this.  It should work.

  • Did you republish your Portfolio site after disabling Password Protection?
  • Did you clear your browser's cache memory and/or try using a different browser?
  • Can you post the URL to your site?

Thank you for responding but I have completed all of your suggestions but the password protection page remains the first page when opening the website. Please advise further steps.
