download files from online shared CC Assets

I received a link (e.g. http://adobe.ly/1AbcDEF) from my advertising agent which gives me acces to his shared CC Assets files.

Until recently I was able to download the featured .ai files by klicking on the item and go to "DOWNLOAD" --> "ai (Original)".

Unfortunately it is no longer working that way and I only get a white screen.

Already tried with several browsers with accepting all cookies / allowing pop-up windows.

Seems as if nothing would work...
