Empty my Adobe cloud

Hello I need to delete whatever is in my Adobe cloud. I just deleted most of the photos from Lightroom and still I don't get to empty the cloud, I hope some can help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance

check your spark page (link at lower left below the lr link) and you need to also delete the files from your deleted folder:
