Error starting Creative Cloud Connection

I get the following "Error Starting Creative Cloud cookies dir: cannot make folder /users/admin/library/application support/cloudsync/cookies:Permission Denied (error 13)

I have reinstalled the Cloud Connection and get the same error.

Please help.

Looks like the permission issue on the Application Support folder, because of Creative cloud connection can not save/ create the cookies.

Check the permission and reset it to read and write.
