I too am experiencing this error issue. I have a file that is showing as 'failed to sync due to server error'. I have deleted the file off both my local machine and the Archive of CC. I have also Quit the CC Application and yet it still comes up with the Sync error.

Hi Chadders_c,

I branched your discussion off into its own thread in case its a different issue.

I have a few different questions to better understand the issue.

Is the file that you're getting the error for in a folder which is collaborated with others? If it is, an explanation for the error might be that one of the other collaborators has run out of space on their account. When this happens all of the collaborators may get sync errors until its cleared up for the user that ran out of space.

Also, a few other general questions just to confirm my understanding

- Are you still getting the error?

- Is it only this one file? What is the name of the file?

- Are there any others in your company getting the error too?

Please get back to me when you get the chance.

Thanks,

- Dave

I am not sharing anything with anyone other than libraries.

It is not just one file it is any file that I save into the cloud.

Noone else here is using the cloud folder to save files too.

And No Errors Today!!!  I am only using this when exporting for screens. Save As and Export As go to computer.
