File Sync Keeps Turning Off

Hi,

I'm having two issues that may, or may not be related.

First - Every time I turn on File Sync in the preferences it keeps turning off. Also, I don't see a CC folder on my HD.

Second - After setting up Lightroom Mobile my Collections are not syncing, even though I have Sync turned on in LR. Was curious if this is related to the other file sync issue.

I have the current desktop version of CC and followed the online tutorials in the Help section, but still not able to get File Sync to stay on.

Am I missing an app or a setting somewhere?
