Tried 3 times to upload a 1.7GB Zip file..could not do it thru a browser, too large.
Asked by "browser" to upload thru CC Desktop app. Fails each time.
Same "Some files failed to sync" error. ALso get the further error message --
"Unable to sync file xx" or whatever. Has ANYONE had success with larger
files with this service. I have some 100MBish size files on my cloud partition
but that is all.. spent most of the past weekend uploading 4GB plus via FTP so
I know it is not my connection. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Seems
I may need to look elsewhere for sharing services--thanks

While the file size is too large for uploading directly through the web site, it should work fine though the desktop app: Creative Cloud for desktop FAQ
Have you taken a look at this document, especially the last part which may apply in this situation?: Error: "Unable to sync files"

Those don't apply to my situation. I will use a dedicated service for sharing. CC is simply unreliable for this purpose.

Hopefully at some point in the future this problem will be rectified. Thanks.

Hi James,
It would help us understand the issue if you could send a copy of the Coresync.log file, which you will find at:
Win - C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync
Mac - /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/CoreSync-yyyy-mm-dd.log
(On Mac, you need to use the Go To Folder option from the Go option in Finder (menu at the top). Then in the pop up enter:
/users/username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync/
Then select go, this will take you to the folder containing the .log files.)
Please email this to me directly on djack@adobe.com.

I am doing some tests--it appears Bitdefender Antivirus 2014 is disrupting file sync--I will send logs once done--thanks for responding
