File Sync Will Not Resume

I puased file syncing when I lost some data a few weeks back (thank you to the Adobe Staff who assisted me with this issue and worked to rectify the problem and recover my data). However now, after updating my Creative Cloud application, I cannot resume file syncing. When I attempt to resume file sync, the application acts like it is syncing but then pauses again. I have also attempted to resume sync while the Creative Cloud application is running as Administrator on Windows 7.

That post is months old and I had working file sync since the last update on that post which was nearly three months ago. Also the status shows file sync as working right now.

If syncing is not working for you, try uninstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Then go to creative.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe ID. Then download Creative Cloud app again. That will give you the latest version and may fix your problem. Good luck.

Still did not fix it.
