Files are not syncing with my desktop from my laptop

New Here ,

For some reason the CC is not syncing what I do on my Desktop, nor is it syncing what I do on my laptop. I now have two (2) separate files. I have no idea what is or is not synced at my colleagues CC folder. I need to count on CC !!!!!!!!!
