Files are saving as 'last modified' in 2000 since new year

Has anyone else had an issue since the new year? Whenever I save a file whether on Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, it's showing on Bridge as being 'last modified' 2000. My computer date and time is completely normal and files are saving to my computer as the correct date so has to be an Adobe issue - any ideas?

Just tested with both Photoshop 21.0.2 and Illustrator 23.1 and Bridge 10.0.1.126 is showing the correct information
