Hi there,

A file — icml-file linked to InDesign — shared with my colleagues via adobe created cloud became damaged: zero bytes in size. A lot of work has been lost. Unlike DropBox, the creative cloud has no option to restore a previous version.

The same happened a few times with my files during the three months I switched to the creative cloud, but I had backups to restore then.

Is there something a can do with it?

Does anybody else experience this problem?

Any ideas why this happens?
