Files sync but are unable to be opened and downloaded

I have been having this problem for a two weeks after having great service from adobe assets. I was aware of service maintenance over the past week or so but I looked at the status page recently and it didn't look like anything would be interfering. I rely on assets as my file sharing program for school and it is very important for me to have this program function properly.

I can see all of my files in each folder and can open them on my host computer. However, when accessing assets from my laptop or any other computer, the files all say the same thing when I try to click on them:
